The Commission shall, for election work, maintain direct contact with the Government of Nepal, State Government or local level or any ministry, department or office of the Government of Nepal or State Government or any organization owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or State Government or operated under the subsidy of the Government of Nepal and such organization or Can take any help from the agency.
(2) The Commission may take necessary assistance from any public or private organization for work related to the election or have the work related to the election done by such organization or agency.
(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2) it shall be the duty of the concerned institution or body to provide the assistance requested by the Commission.
